I'm looking forward to a new week! On Thursday I am going to Norway for the first time in 1 year and 8 months!! It's been a while to say the least. I'm going to visit my grandma and my dad in east Norway. I'm looking forward to it. I'm going to eat so much chocolate and other "normal" Norwegian food! I think the first thing I will do when I land in Oslo is to buy a hot dog with fried onion and hot dog dressing, Norway style. I'll have vitamin water and chocolate with it too.
I don't really have any weekly goals this week.. I want to stay organized for my travel, but honestly, I always am organized, especially when traveling, it's my specialty or something. I want to stay present and just enjoy myself, really. I can never reach that, though, presence and enjoyment is always there and has to be found within. You can not strive to be present or strive to be happy, considering it's impossible it's a pretty lousy goal.. I suppose my goal could be to meditate 5 minutes every day. Yes, that's it, that's my goal! There you have it. Will anyone join me?
